Marketing Specialist - Ayala Avenue, Makati

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about branding, content creation, e-commerce, and consumer trends in the beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for products, workshops, and promotions
• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms and online presence
• Create engaging content including captions, graphics, videos, email campaigns, and website updates
• Coordinate with graphic designers, influencers, and external partners for marketing initiatives
• Plan and implement digital advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, and market trends
• Support e-commerce activities, product launches, and promotional events
• Conduct competitor and market research within the fragrance and cosmetics industry
• Assist in organizing workshops, mall activations, trade fairs, and brand events
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field
• At least 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and analytics tools is an advantage
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Creative thinker with strong organizational and project management abilities
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, or retail industries is preferred
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
