Marketing Specialist – B2B / Commercial Insurance
About Us
Infinite Risk Management & Insurance Solutions is a growing commercial insurance brokerage specializing in freight and transportation companies.
We are expanding our marketing efforts and looking for someone who can help execute campaigns, support events, and contribute ideas to drive continued growth.
About the Role
This is a hands-on marketing role focused on execution, organization, and continuous improvement.
You’ll work closely with leadership to support ongoing marketing initiatives while bringing fresh ideas to help improve lead generation and overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (REQUIRED)
- Support day-to-day management of Salesforce CRM for lead tracking and updates
- Assist in building and maintaining marketing automation workflows
- Coordinate with sales on lead handoff and follow-up activities
- Support trade shows, events, and post-event outreach
- Track campaign performance and assist with reporting
- Maintain marketing calendar and assist with website/content updates
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in digital or B2B marketing
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Familiarity with email marketing, segmentation, and basic automation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Experience
- Event or trade show support
- Exposure to marketing automation tools or AI workflows
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
