Marketing Specialist
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a mid-level marketing professional, you will lead the strategic direction and execution of our marketing and advertising initiatives. This role is highly hands-on and outcome-driven, with direct impact on brand visibility, revenue growth, and agent engagement. You will own the full marketing strategy (from insight and planning to execution, optimization, and reporting) while working closely with cross-functional teams/leaders to deliver measurable business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media Management & Content Development
- Develop, create, and manage engaging content across the company's social media platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, brand guidelines, and business objectives.
- Produce clear, compelling, and audience-focused marketing copy for social media posts, promotional materials, digital communications, and other marketing initiatives.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous optimization of integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies that support business growth, brand awareness, and revenue objectives.
- Translate organizational goals into actionable marketing plans, campaign strategies, and execution timelines to ensure effective delivery and measurable results.
Market Research & Performance Analysis
- Conduct market research, audience profiling, and competitive analysis to strengthen brand positioning, messaging, and channel effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance across various platforms, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize current initiatives and inform future marketing strategies.
Brand Management, Public Relations & Communications
- Oversee public relations activities, promotional campaigns, and brand communications to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
- Serve as the custodian of the brand by ensuring all external communications and marketing materials adhere to established brand standards and strategic objectives.
- Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with product offerings, sales goals, and operational priorities.
Agency, Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with media partners, agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage external partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs, adherence to project timelines, and efficient utilization of resources.
Other Duties
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support business and departmental objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a marketing strategy, planning, or advertising role.
- Candidates with product marketing experience in digital startups or tech-driven companies are welcome.
- At least 3 years of relevant marketing experience with demonstrated success in campaign management and strategy execution.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
