Marketing Specialist DACH (Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz)

Als Marketing Specialist DACH unterstützt Du die Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Marketingstrategie für den Orthodontie- und GP‑Kanal (Zahnärzte). Du koordinierst Programme, die die Kundenbindung ausbauen, neue Innovationen erfolgreich einführen und den Vertrieb in seiner täglichen Arbeit unterstützen. In dieser Rolle bist du das operative Rückgrat wichtiger Marketingprojekte und arbeitest eng mit lokalen und regionalen Teams, funktionsübergreifenden Stakeholdern, dem Vertrieb sowie externen Agenturen zusammen.
Key Responsibilities
Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung integrierter Marketingkampagnen
- Koordination von Produktlaunches, Promotions und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
- Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Marketingmaterialien, Präsentationen und digitalem Content
- Analyse der Projekt- und Kampagnenperformance sowie Vorbereitung von Reports mit klaren, umsetzbaren Insights
- Hands-on Unterstützung bei Marketinginitiativen und der Vorbereitung von Events
- Sicherstellung der Markenkonsistenz über alle Marketingkanäle hinweg
- Aufbau eines tiefen Kundenverständnisses für den DACH‑Markt
- Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung von Marketingmaterialien an lokale Anforderungen
- Durchführung von Praxisbesuchen, um Chancen, Bedürfnisse und Kundenerwartungen zu identifizieren
- Effiziente Unterstützung beim Management von Budgets und Ressourcen
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Was du mitbringst
Wir suchen eine engagierte Marketing-Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Fähigkeiten in der Projektkoordination und -umsetzung, die gerne in einem schnelllebigen, teamorientierten Umfeld arbeitet.
- 12–18+ Monate Erfahrung im Marketing, idealerweise im B2B-, Healthcare-, Medical-Devices- oder Dentalbereich
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Umsetzung von Kampagnen
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit kommerziellen Teams
- Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
Von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse im Social Media Marketing
- Erfahrung im Einsatz von KI im Business-Kontext
