Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate new leads through online research, databases, social media, and other channels
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Take initiative in sourcing leads independently (own database is a plus)
- Sales & Quota Management
- Meet or exceed assigned lead generation and sales quotas
- Qualify leads based on business needs and convert them into opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive conversions
- Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in creating and editing marketing materials (photos and videos) for campaigns
- Support online promotions and lead generation efforts (excluding website development)
- Telemarketing
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients
- Present products/services and generate interest
- Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team
- Event Marketing
- Participate in or organize marketing events, trade shows, and activations
- Generate leads through face-to-face interactions and networking
- Follow up on event-generated prospects
- Research & Market Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and opportunities.
