Marketing Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand promotion who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Guildea Residential is a leading boutique Agency, with over 30 years of successful residential sales and leasing in the Seaforth to Manly areas of the Northern Beaches. We are a tight-knit, high-performing team of four, offering hands-on mentorship and direct exposure to all aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms
- Coordinate and manage social media content and digital advertising campaigns
- Assist with the marketing of property listings, auctions, and promotional campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reporting and insights
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
- Coordinate photography, videography, signage, brochures, and other campaign assets
- Support website updates, email marketing, and database communications
- Assist with branding initiatives and company promotional activities
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing role (Real Estate/Property Marketing strongly preferred)
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in marketing platforms and tools including Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong understanding of branding and content creation
Desirable Criteria:
The following experience and skills will be highly regarded:
- Previous experience in real estate or property marketing
- Experience with luxury or prestige brand marketing
- Photography, videography, or graphic design skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing platforms
- Experience analysing campaign performance and reporting metrics
- Understanding of the Sydney real estate market
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
