About the Role
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing strategies that promote Etan Health Care's services, strengthen brand awareness, and generate new business opportunities.
Working closely with management, you will play a key role in driving our marketing initiatives across digital platforms, community engagement activities, advertising campaigns, and stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Business Growth
- Identify market opportunities and advise on the development, coordination, and implementation of plans for pricing and promoting Etan Health Care's services.
- Support business growth and development through the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of marketing objectives, policies, and programs.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, participant referrals, and stakeholder engagement.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business expansion and service growth.
Market Research and Analysis
- Commission, coordinate, and undertake market research to identify opportunities for new and existing services.
- Gather and analyse data relating to participant demographics, referral sources, market demand, and service performance.
- Analyse data and market intelligence to develop evidence-based marketing strategies and business plans.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, market conditions, and return on investment to inform future marketing activities.
Marketing Campaigns and Promotions
- Develop innovative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns that align with organisational objectives.
- Coordinate the creation and implementation of promotional campaigns across digital, print, and community channels.
- Advise management on marketing activities including service offerings, pricing strategies, advertising, sales promotion, and distribution channels.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives are consistent with Etan Health Care's brand identity and values.
Digital Marketing
- Provide expert advice on digital marketing strategies, including website optimisation, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Develop and manage content across social media platforms, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Monitor digital marketing analytics and provide recommendations to improve engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility.
- Utilise data-driven insights to optimise digital marketing performance and participant acquisition strategies.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management
- Liaise with external vendors, marketing agencies, designers, printers, media outlets, and technology providers.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community organisations, support coordinators, allied health professionals, and referral partners.
- Represent Etan Health Care at industry events, expos, networking opportunities, and community engagement activities.
Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare marketing reports, campaign evaluations, and performance metrics for management.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant legislation, NDIS requirements, and organisational policies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and strategic business planning.
Essential Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
✔ Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing role
✔ Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Experience creating marketing content and promotional materials
✔ Strong project management and organisational skills
✔ Ability to analyse data and prepare marketing reports
Pay: $93,500.00 per year
Work Location: In person
