Marketing Specialist – Online Gaming (Outbound / Calling-Based)Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Specialist responsible for promoting online gaming products and services through outbound calls, player engagement, and relationship building. The role focuses on attracting new players, retaining existing clients, and increasing player activity through effective communication and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential players to promote gaming products, bonuses, and special events
- Build and maintain good relationships with players through regular communication
- Encourage player retention and reactivation through marketing campaigns and follow-ups
- Explain promotions, VIP programs, and platform features clearly to players
- Assist players with basic inquiries and coordinate concerns with the proper department
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly player engagement or sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of player interactions and campaign results
- Coordinate with Operations and CRM teams regarding player feedback and marketing activities
- Monitor player behavior and recommend marketing strategies to increase activity
- Ensure compliance with company policies and gaming regulations during all player interactions
Qualifications
- Atleast High School Graduate,
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or online gaming is an advantage
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and building client relationships
- Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of online gaming platforms is preferred
- Willing to work shifting schedules if needed

- Sales and negotiation skills
- Player retention and relationship management
- Good English communication skills
- Experience handling VIP or high-value clients is an advantage
Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
