Role Description The Marketing Specialist (Market Research) is a full-time, on-site role based in Pampanga. This role is responsible for planning and conducting market research to understand guest preferences, pricing trends, competitor activities, and overall market conditions. The Marketing Specialist will analyze data from surveys, in-store feedback, sales reports, and digital channels to generate actionable insights that support marketing strategies and sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include preparing research tools (such as questionnaires and feedback forms), coordinating with store staff and guest to gather information, and summarizing findings in clear reports and presentations. The role will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to support promotional campaigns, evaluate their effectiveness, and recommend improvements. This position also assists with basic marketing activities, such as helping implement marketing plans, supporting guest engagement efforts, and tracking key performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Strong Market Research skills, including data gathering, basic data analysis, and reporting.
- Marketing Strategy and Sales skills to help translate research findings into practical actions and campaigns.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with guest, store teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to use spreadsheets and basic analytics tools; familiarity with survey tools or simple data visualization is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site in Pampanga and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in marketing, market research, retail, or the food and beverage industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
