Marketing Specialist (Multi-media)
Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist (Multi-Media) is responsible for creating engaging digital and visual content that strengthens brand awareness, drives guest engagement, and supports sales growth across all Crabs N Crack branches. This role will manage multimedia production, social media content, graphic design, photography, videography, and digital marketing initiatives to ensure consistent and impactful brand communication.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Multimedia Production
- Develop and produce high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, videos, animations, reels, and promotional materials.
- Plan, shoot, and edit food, restaurant, and lifestyle photography and videography for marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling content for social media, website, digital advertisements, and in-store promotions.
- Ensure all content aligns with Crabs N Crack's brand identity and marketing objectives.
Social Media Management
- Create and maintain a content calendar for all social media platforms.
- Develop engaging captions, promotional posts, and campaign materials.
- Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Engage with guest through comments, messages, and online interactions when required.
Marketing Campaign Execution
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and branch events.
- Coordinate with Operations and Branch Teams to gather content and promote branch-specific activities.
- Assist in influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
Graphic Design & Branding
- Design marketing collaterals such as posters, menus, flyers, banners, digital ads, and event materials.
- Ensure consistency of branding across all marketing channels and branch materials.
- Maintain and organize the company's digital asset library.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using social media and digital analytics tools.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports highlighting reach, engagement, content performance, and campaign results.
- Recommend strategies to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communication, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in multimedia marketing, digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Experience in the food, restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects (preferred)
- Canva
- CapCut or similar video editing software
- Knowledge of photography, videography, and content production.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
