Marketing Specialist - On-site Makati
Cost U Less Inc. is a trusted provider of interior finishes, office furniture, restaurant furniture, and related products in the Philippines. For over 16 years, we have served clients with furniture and interior solutions for offices, restaurants, and commercial spaces.
We are hiring a creative and organized Marketing Specialist to join our team in Makati.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Makati City. This role is not remote and not hybrid. Please apply only if you can report to our Makati office daily.
The right person can help manage online inquiries, product listings, promotional campaigns, e-commerce platforms, and marketing content with accuracy and creativity.

Palanan, Makati City, Metro Manila
In person only. Monday to Saturday schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Answer customer inquiries from Carousell, Viber, Facebook, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
- Create, edit, and post promotional ads for monthly campaigns, holidays, payday sales, double-digit sales, and special promos.
- Upload products and update listings, prices, and inventory across e-commerce platforms.
- Validate online orders, check order IDs, print/edit manifests, and coordinate order concerns.
- Handle after-sales concerns from Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, and other online channels.
- Post and share ads on Facebook Marketplace, Facebook Groups, Carousell, and other selling platforms.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to confirm stocks, reserved items, and out-of-stock products.
- Conduct competitor price checks to support campaign pricing and promotions.
- Keep campaign details, product listings, and inventory records accurate and updated.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, or similar work
- Experience managing online selling platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Carousell, or Facebook Marketplace
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and digital promotions
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, or marketing analytics is a plus
- Photography, videography, or graphic design skills are an advantage
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, consumer goods, distribution, furniture, interiors, or related industries is a plus
- Willing and able to work full-time on-site in Makati City

- You are not comfortable updating product listings, prices, and inventory.
- You do not have marketing, e-commerce, content, or digital platform experience.
- You are not comfortable working with deadlines and multiple online platforms.
