Leaders Care is an NDIS-registered provider of disability and aged care services based in Bella Vista, Sydney. We deliver support coordination and plan management, nursing and support worker care, allied health and therapeutic supports, personal care, and community access and participation. Our mission is to empower people with disability to live the life they choose, and we are growing our services across NSW and into new markets.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Specialist to research, plan and deliver our marketing and community engagement activities. Working closely with our management team, you will drive awareness of our services, strengthen our referral relationships, and support the growth of our participant base as we expand our service portfolio and geographic reach. This is a full-time, ongoing role based in our Bella Vista office.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, consumer and participant trends, and demand for our services.
- Develop, coordinate and implement marketing strategies, plans and campaigns to promote Leaders Care's services.
- Plan, produce and manage advertising and promotional content across digital, social media, website and community channels.
- Manage and grow the organisation's online presence, including social media, website content and search visibility.
- Plan and deliver community engagement and outreach events, and build relationships with referral partners and stakeholders.
- Gather and analyse engagement and campaign data, and report on performance and recommendations to management.
- Advise management on service promotion, positioning and the overall marketing mix.
What you'll bring
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline, or at least five years of relevant marketing experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Strong digital marketing, social media and content creation skills.
- Proven ability to conduct market research and interpret data to inform decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong organisational skills.
- Eligibility to work full-time in Australia. Experience in the disability, aged care, healthcare or community sector is highly regarded.
