Job Summary
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the overall marketing, promotion, sales, and market expansion for all products and services of E-Agro. This includes produce sourced from E-agro farmer members, hydroponic and greenhouse crops, large-scale production from our 98-hectare farm, processed goods from the Rice Processing Complex, and services offered at the Corn Silo and Cold Storage Facilities. The goal is to increase brand visibility, secure stable markets, and maximize sales revenue across all business units.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES1. Product & Service Portfolio Management
You will oversee marketing and sales for the following areas:
- Farmer Produce: Manage the marketing and distribution of all crops and goods supplied by our partner farmers (vegetables, fruits, grains, and other agricultural commodities). Ensure proper grading, pricing, and market placement.
- Hydroponic & Greenhouse Produce: Promote and sell high-quality, clean, and safe produce grown through hydroponic systems and greenhouse farming. Highlight the premium quality, freshness, and food safety standards to target markets.
- 98-Hectare Production: Handle marketing for large-scale commercial crops produced on our 98-hectare agricultural land. Focus on bulk sales, wholesale distribution, and long-term supply contracts with institutions, traders, and food companies.
- Rice Processing Complex: Market paddy, milled rice, and rice by-products. Promote our processing services to external farmers and businesses, offering milling, drying, and packaging solutions.
- Corn Silo & Cold Storage Facilities: Promote storage, drying, and preservation services for corn, grains, and perishable goods. Secure clients who need safe, large-scale warehousing and post-harvest handling solutions.
2. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive monthly and annual marketing and sales plans covering all products and facilities.
- Conduct market research to understand current prices, demand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Set clear sales targets, revenue goals, and market share objectives for each product line and service.
- Identify new market opportunities, including government contracts, export potential, and partnerships with large retailers.
3. Branding, Promotion & Communication
- Create marketing materials such as product catalogs, price lists, brochures, photos, and videos showcasing our products and facilities.
- Manage online presence and promotions through social media, websites, and digital platforms to reach a wider audience.
- Represent E-Agro in trade fairs, agricultural exhibits, seminars, and industry events to build brand recognition.
- Ensure consistent messaging that emphasizes quality, reliability, and modern agricultural practices.
4. Sales & Business Development
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients: wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, food processors, government agencies, schools, and hospitals.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts for supply agreements and service usage.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Manage inquiries, quotations, and order processing efficiently.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to the President regarding sales performance, inventory levels, market updates, and revenue generated.
- Analyze sales data to identify best-selling products, slow-moving items, and areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations on pricing adjustments, product improvements, and service enhancements based on market feedback.
- Attend and actively participate in OPCOM Meeting once a month every first Friday of the month and Prepare Monthly Target and Achievement Reports.
6. General Duties
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information regarding product availability, specifications, and pricing is communicated to all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to align supply with market demand.
- Maintain the professional image and reputation of E-Agro in all business dealings.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agribusiness, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development is required. Experience in the agriculture, food processing, or supply chain industry is highly preferred.
- Skills:
◦ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to deal effectively with farmers, traders, and corporate clients.
◦ Strong knowledge of marketing principles, market trends, and sales strategies.
◦ Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, spreadsheets) and social media/digital marketing tools.
◦ Ability to create marketing plans, reports, and presentations.

◦ Willing to travel to farm sites, facilities, and market locations as needed.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
