Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Strategist who can both think and execute.
This role is responsible for building clear marketing strategies and carrying them through properly. You will not be passing work off and stepping away. You will be involved in shaping ideas, writing content, launching campaigns, and improving performance over time.
You will work across different industries, so you need to be comfortable applying the same principles in different contexts and adjusting based on what the business actually needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop clear and practical marketing strategies for clients
- Turn strategy into structured, actionable plans
- Write marketing content across website, social media, and email
- Execute paid marketing campaigns from setup to optimization
- Monitor performance and make adjustments based on results
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure work is aligned and delivered properly
- Partner with external media buyers and publishers when needed
- Guide clients on what should happen next and explain the reasoning behind it
What We’re Looking For
Skills
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn ideas into clear, actionable plans
- Strong writing skills across:
- Website copy
- Social media content
- Email campaigns
- Hands-on experience executing paid marketing campaigns:
- Writing ad copy
- Setting up and launching campaigns across platforms
- Monitoring and improving performance
- Clear understanding of how different marketing channels work together
- Ability to adapt strategies across different industries
- Comfortable working with both internal teams and external partners
Systems and Tools
- Social media scheduling tools
- Email marketing platforms
- Website CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar
- CRM systems
- Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
- Paid advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Familiarity with LLM tools and how they support marketing work
Nice to Have
- Experience working in an agency or multi-client environment
- Experience coordinating with media buyers or publishers
- Exposure to both digital and traditional marketing channels
