Job Description:

Responsible for receiving inquiries and request for quotations from potential customers
Conducts follow up communication with customers on their requirements for assembly quotations and contracts. Explains and elaborates thru telephone and e-mail technical capabilities of Tsukiden versus customer requirements.
Computes on necessary adjustment on Tsukiden quotation as negotiated with potential customer with consideration on desired Tsukiden business mark up/revenue.
Regularly measures the company’s performance through the conduct of surveys. Interprets the data and reports the result.
Coordinates with Manufacturing, QA and LGSCI on all information that would affect Tsukiden quotation.
Prepares final quotation and submits the same to the superior for approval. And prepares business contracts.
Updates assembly price list at the database system whenever necessary.
Provides work order notice to new or re-quote model to respective department before running or implementing in the production line.
Updates company profile for promotion purposes and discusses the same to company visitors.
Represents the company in customer process audits
Verifies result of issued process flow and work order notice generate.
Reviews and validates actual process time comparing to quoted process time. Analyze and identify where problem arises and make a corresponding conclusion.
