Marketing Specialist

• Manage and handle the company’s social media accounts to promote products and increase brand awareness.
• Create engaging product descriptions and marketing materials to educate customers about product features and uses.
• Design and edit product packaging, promotional materials, tarpaulins, brochures, flyers, and other graphic-related marketing materials.
• Develop creative content for product promotions, advertisements, and online marketing campaigns.
• Edit and produce marketing videos for social media platforms, product advertisements, and company branding.
• Plan and schedule social media posts to maintain active online engagement and visibility.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest new marketing ideas to improve audience reach and engagement.
• Take photographs of newly hired employees for company documentation and ID creation purposes.
• Create, edit, print, and maintain company identification cards (IDs) for employees.
• Assist in organizing and covering company events, promotions, seminars, and marketing activities through photo and video documentation.
• Conduct company seminars, orientations, and promotional presentations when necessary.
• Serve as host/emcee during company events, seminars, and marketing activities.
• Prepare and manage the program flow, presentations, and event coordination for company activities and events.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding promotional materials, events, and marketing requirements.
• Ensure that all marketing materials follow the company’s branding guidelines and standards.
• Maintain organized files of marketing materials, layouts, videos, and digital content for company use.
• Assist in product launching activities and promotional events.
• Respond to online inquiries and customer messages on social media platforms when necessary.
• Perform other marketing, multimedia, graphic design, and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
