Job Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support our digital marketing and business growth initiatives. The role focuses on content-driven marketing execution, helping increase brand visibility, inbound traffic, and qualified leads through digital channels.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in content creation, digital marketing, and campaign execution, and can manage marketing activities across platforms such as social media, email, websites, and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create SEO-focused content including blogs, website copy, landing pages, and social media posts
- Manage and update website content using WordPress
- Design marketing materials and digital assets using Canva or similar tools
- Develop and maintain landing pages and lead capture funnels
- Manage and schedule social media content across platforms
- Support content marketing initiatives including blogs, newsletters, and digital campaigns
- Assist with basic video editing and visual content production (CapCut or similar)
- Execute the marketing plan and campaign calendar
- Monitor campaign performance and report on engagement, conversions, and key marketing metrics
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or lead generation
- Strong SEO-focused content writing and copywriting skills
- Experience creating blogs, website content, and social media posts
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization
- Experience managing social media platforms and website content (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, HighLevel)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Exposure to Google Ads, paid advertising, basic video editing (CapCut), or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage
- Experience in lead generation or business development support is a plus
- Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, Morning Shift)
