About the Role
We're looking for a warm, organized, and self-motivated professional to lead our growing hospital and healthcare partnerships program.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in nursing, lactation, postpartum care, NICU care, maternal-child health, healthcare education, or hospital operations who is looking for meaningful work with a flexible schedule and occasional travel to breastfeeding, maternal health, NICU, and perinatal conferences
You will serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals, health systems, lactation departments, NICUs, and maternal health professionals across the country.
As our Maternal & Infant Health Partnerships Manager, you'll help strengthen existing hospital relationships, support new healthcare partnerships, represent Conscious Coconut at conferences, and help bring our products to more mothers and babies nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing hospital and healthcare partners
- Serve as the primary contact for hospitals, lactation teams, NICUs, and maternal health programs
- Follow up with hospitals interested in implementing Conscious Coconut products
- Coordinate samples, product evaluations, and onboarding
- Maintain customer and prospect communications
- Attend breastfeeding, maternal health, NICU, and perinatal conferences
- Represent Conscious Coconut at trade shows and educational events
- Assist with outreach to new hospital systems and healthcare organizations
- Gather feedback from healthcare professionals and share insights with our team
- Help support educational resources and clinical programs
Qualifications
We're less concerned about specific credentials and more interested in finding the right person.
Ideal candidates may have experience as a:
- Nurse (active license not required)
- NICU nurse
- Postpartum nurse
- Labor & Delivery nurse
- Lactation consultant
- Maternal-child health professional
- Hospital educator
- Healthcare program coordinator
- Healthcare account manager
You are:
