Advanced Digital Automotive Group (ADAG) is a US-based digital marketing company specializing in SEO and paid advertising for the automotive industry, primarily independent auto repair shops. We manage LSA, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns on behalf of our clients and hold ourselves to one standard: verifiable return on investment for every client, every month.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Media Buyer to own the setup, management, and optimization of Local Services Ads (LSA), Google Ads PPC, and Meta Ads for our client portfolio. The primary focus of this role is LSA. Many of our clients are best served through LSA and we are aggressively expanding this service. PPC and Meta capabilities are required for clients where LSA is not available or not sufficient.
This is a results-driven position. You will not be evaluated on impressions, clicks, or CTR. You will be evaluated on one thing: how much money you made our clients relative to their ad spend (ROAS), verified against their shop management software.
Primary Responsibilities
LSA Management (Priority):
Set up and manage Local Services Ads accounts for auto repair clients. This includes completing the verification process (business registration, insurance, background check coordination), configuring service categories, setting service areas by city or zip code, managing budgets, listening to and disputing invalid leads, and providing monthly optimization recommendations.
PPC Campaign Management:
Plan, build, and manage Google Ads search campaigns for clients where LSA is not available or not the primary channel (e.g. European auto repair, specialty shops). Structure campaigns by service theme (body work, engine repair, transmission, etc.), research and implement transactional keywords, maintain negative keyword lists, and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and Quality Scores on an ongoing basis.
Meta Ads Management:
Build and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for applicable clients. Audience targeting, creative direction, budget management, and performance tracking.
ROAS Reporting:
For each client, provide a monthly report showing ad spend, number of tracked calls/leads, and verified revenue generated. Revenue is verified by matching call tracking numbers (from GHL) against the client's shop management software (Techmetric, Shopware, or equivalent). Reports must show dollar-in, dollar-out. No vanity metrics.
Call Tracking and CRM Integration:
Work within our GoHighLevel (GHL) setup. Understand call tracking, lead attribution, and how to connect ad performance data back to client revenue. When clients provide access to their shop management software, leverage it for full revenue attribution.
Review and Ranking Optimization (LSA-specific):
Advise clients on strategies to improve their LSA ranking position, primarily through Google review acquisition, Google Business Profile optimization, and response time improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience managing Google Ads campaigns for local service businesses.
- Demonstrable LSA experience: account setup including verification, budget management, call dispute process, and service area configuration.
- Experience with Google Ads conversion tracking setup via Google Tag Manager.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads campaign management.
- Familiarity with call tracking tools and CRM-based lead attribution (GHL preferred).
- Proficiency using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent) as part of daily workflow for campaign analysis, keyword research, and reporting.
- Ability to manage 8 to 10 ad accounts simultaneously without performance degradation.
- Strong understanding of ROAS calculation and the ability to tie ad spend to verified client revenue.
- Clear, professional written communication in English.
Nice to Have
- Google Ads certification.
- Experience with automotive industry clients (auto repair, dealerships, specialty shops).
- Experience with Techmetric, Shopware, or other automotive shop management software.
- Familiarity with SEMrush, Microsoft Clarity, or similar analysis tools.
- Experience using Meta MCP or similar tools to connect ad accounts to AI workflows.
Compensation
This role is compensated on a per-client basis. We do not pay hourly rates or flat monthly salaries.
When applying, you must provide your proposed rate in USD per client per month. Your rate should reflect the full scope of managing one client account, including LSA monitoring, any PPC or Meta management required, monthly reporting, and all optimization activities. Rates that do not specify a per-client USD monthly figure will not be considered.
As our client portfolio grows, your earnings grow with it. At full capacity (8 to 10 accounts) the expectation is a full-time workload and compensation to match.
What Success Looks Like
At the end of each month, you can tell us exactly how much money each client spent on ads and exactly how much verified revenue came back through the door. You flag underperforming accounts before clients do. You manage your account load without being chased for updates. You treat client ad budgets like your own money.
