MEINHAUS is an online general contractor building a better way for homeowners to manage renovations, repairs, and property improvement projects.
Our core offering helps homeowners get projects completed with more structure, transparency, and accountability than the traditional contractor marketplace. Instead of simply connecting customers with random contractors, MEINHAUS acts as the organizing general contractor: helping with quoting, scope development, scheduling, contractor coordination, project management, and customer support.
We handle projects of many sizes, including bathrooms, kitchens, basements, roofing, flooring, painting, fencing, concrete, landscaping, and general home improvement work.
Our long-term vision is much larger than renovation lead generation. MEINHAUS is building toward a full home services platform that will eventually include digital home profiles, project history, 3D visualization tools, AI-assisted estimating, contractor coordination systems, homeowner education, and a “Carfax for the home” style record of completed work.
We are currently in a growth stage where brand awareness, social media consistency, content creation, and Meta advertising are extremely important. We are looking for someone who can help manage our Meta Business Suite, create engaging content, organize posts, support ad campaigns, and help MEINHAUS build a stronger online presence.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and creative Meta Business Suite Manager & Content Creator to help manage MEINHAUS across Facebook, Instagram, and other connected social platforms.
This person should be comfortable using Meta Business Suite, creating and scheduling posts, writing captions, organizing content calendars, editing basic images and videos, and helping turn renovation photos, before-and-after content, customer stories, and company updates into professional marketing content.
The ideal candidate is organized, creative, reliable, and comfortable working with a growing company in the construction, renovation, and technology space.
Key ResponsibilitiesMeta Business Suite Management
- Manage MEINHAUS content through Meta Business Suite.
- Schedule posts across Facebook and Instagram.
- Help maintain a consistent weekly posting calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and engagement.
- Help organize Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and connected Meta assets.
- Support the setup and management of basic Meta ad campaigns.
- Track post performance, reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Help identify which content is performing best and suggest improvements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all Meta platforms.
Content Creation
- Create social media content using project photos, videos, before-and-afters, testimonials, and company updates.
- Design branded posts, carousels, simple graphics, and promotional content.
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts where applicable.
- Add logos, captions, subtitles, music, hooks, and calls to action.
- Create content that highlights MEINHAUS projects, services, contractors, customer value, and brand messaging.
- Repurpose one piece of content into multiple formats for different platforms.
- Help build a library of reusable templates and branded content assets.
Caption Writing & Brand Voice
- Write professional, engaging captions for renovation and home improvement content.
- Create strong hooks for social posts and short videos.
- Write clear calls to action that encourage homeowners to contact MEINHAUS.
- Use relevant hashtags for renovation, home improvement, construction, design, and local service marketing.
- Keep content aligned with MEINHAUS branding, tone, and slogan:

Social Media Planning
- Help create weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Organize upcoming posts by service category, location, project type, and campaign theme.
- Plan content around renovations, seasonal services, before-and-after projects, homeowner education, contractor highlights, and company updates.
- Help keep MEINHAUS active and consistent across social platforms.
- Suggest new ideas for posts, reels, stories, ads, and campaigns.
Paid Ads Support
- Assist with basic Meta ad setup and campaign organization.
- Help create ad graphics, captions, and short-form creative.
- Support testing of different headlines, images, videos, and calls to action.
- Monitor basic campaign results such as reach, clicks, messages, leads, and engagement.
- Help organize campaign assets for renovation services such as painting, bathrooms, roofing, flooring, kitchens, concrete, fencing, and general repairs.
AI & Technology Workflow
- Use AI tools to help generate content ideas, captions, hooks, scripts, post variations, and creative concepts.
- Help test and improve workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut, Adobe, Meta Business Suite, Google tools, and other emerging platforms.
- Bring forward ideas on how MEINHAUS can create content faster, improve quality, and stay current with digital marketing trends.

You do not need to be an expert in every area, but you should be comfortable learning quickly, using modern tools, and producing consistent, polished content.
