Role Summary
The Multimedia Marketing Specialist executes and optimises multimedia-driven marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and business growth. The role combines hands-on creative execution with AI-assisted content production across digital content, video, graphic design, social media, employer branding, and integrated marketing communications. A core expectation of this role is the confident, responsible use of AI tools to meet defined weekly content output targets across all mediums — with human editorial oversight applied before any asset is published or distributed.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Brand Management
- Execute multimedia marketing strategies aligned with business and brand goals.
- Support integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, internal communications, and employer branding channels.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity, tone, messaging, and visual standards across all multimedia assets.
- Support executive communications, organisational campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.
Multimedia Content Production (AI-Assisted)
- Produce video content, motion graphics, social media creatives, corporate presentations, digital campaigns, internal communication assets, and event multimedia materials — leveraging AI tools to meet weekly volume targets (see AI Expectations section).
- Execute creative direction from concept through to final deployment, using AI tools for drafting, editing, and iteration while applying personal creative judgement.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, photographers, videographers, copywriters, and agency partners.
- Maintain content production frameworks that ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Create, edit, and publish lesson videos, demo videos, and other educational multimedia content to support teacher acquisition, training, onboarding, quality assurance, and client-facing initiatives.
Digital & Campaign Management
- Drive social media and digital engagement strategies across relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimise content based on analytics.
- Manage content calendars, editorial pipelines, and campaign timelines across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Ensure platform optimisation, and audience targeting across all digital content.
Stakeholder & Project Management
- Partner with leadership, recruitment, sales, and operations teams to scope and deliver campaign requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously against tight timelines and shifting priorities.
- Present campaign strategies, creative concepts, and performance insights to senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external vendors, production studios, and creative partners as required.
Employer Branding & Internal Communications
- Execute multimedia campaigns supporting recruitment marketing, employer branding, and employee engagement.
- Produce content highlighting company culture, employee stories, leadership messaging, and organisational milestones.
- Support town halls, leadership announcements, onboarding campaigns, and internal engagement programmes.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Track and report on KPIs including engagement rate, reach, impressions, video performance, lead generation, conversion metrics, and audience growth.
- Use analytics platforms and performance data to drive continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, AI-enabled creative tools, and emerging multimedia technologies.
- Champion responsible AI use: ensure all AI-generated content is reviewed, edited, and brand-approved before publication.
Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications in digital marketing, content strategy, or creative production are a plus.
Essential Experience
- 5+ years of experience in multimedia marketing, digital marketing, brand management, or creative production.
- Proven track record executing creative campaigns in a corporate, agency, or technology-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver integrated campaigns on time and within budget across multiple channels.
- Hands-on, demonstrable experience using AI tools (generative text, image, video, or audio) in a professional marketing context — portfolio evidence required.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and creative teams.
- Experience with employer branding, internal communications, or corporate communications is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Proficiency with Canva, Figma and Capcut for rapid creative production and design collaboration.
- Active working knowledge of AI content tools, including (but not limited to) ChatGPT/Claude, Adobe Firefly, Magnific.
- Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools for organic and paid campaigns.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and digital marketing automation.
- Knowledge of video production workflows, motion graphics, and content strategy best practices.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering for marketing content generation is required.
Work Set-up and Requirements
- Schedule: May require flexible hours but with focus on mid-shift (start of shift at 12NN or 1PM)
- Workdays: Five-day workweek with two rest days.
- Location: Fully remote
- Desktop/laptop with Intel i5 (10th gen), 8GB RAM or higher
- Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed with backup connection
- Backup power supply for at least 8 hours
