Role Overview
The Multimedia Marketing Executive is responsible for producing visual and video assets that support brand campaigns, social media, ads, retail marketing, and digital growth. This role combines design, motion, and content production capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
· Design static creatives for ads, social media, CRM, website, and e-commerce
· Produce short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
· Edit campaign videos, product demos, testimonials, and promotional content
· Create retail collaterals: posters, standees, brochures, in-store materials
· Ensure all outputs follow brand guidelines
· Resize and adapt assets across multiple formats/platforms
· Collaborate with content and digital teams for campaign needs
· Maintain organized asset library and templates
· Support photoshoots, product shoots, and creative production planning
· Stay updated on creative trends and platform best practices

· After Effects
· Canva Pro
· CapCut Pro
· Figma
· Google Drive / Dropbox
· Basic photography / lighting tools preferred
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Design, Marketing, or related field
· 2–4 years experience in graphic design / video production / creative marketing
· Strong portfolio required
· Fast turnaround and high attention to detail

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
