Organic Social Media Specialist - Mexico
KindestMind is a nationwide telepsychology practice providing accessible, high-quality psychological and neuropsychological evaluations through secure telehealth. We’re looking for an Organic Social Specialist to help grow brand awareness, build trust, and create thoughtful social content that connects with individuals, families, attorneys, healthcare providers, and referral partners.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage KindestMind’s organic social media presence across key platforms
- Create and publish content that educates, builds trust, and reflects the brand’s compassionate, professional voice
- Partner with internal stakeholders to turn service information, FAQs, and client themes into engaging social content
- Build a content calendar aligned to priority services, awareness moments, and audience needs
- Monitor performance and engagement, and use insights to improve content strategy over time
- Stay current on social media trends, platform best practices, and healthcare-sensitive content considerations
What we’re looking for: 2+ years of experience in organic social media, strong writing and content planning skills, experience managing brand accounts, and the ability to create clear, engaging content with consistency and care. Experience in mental health, healthcare, wellness, or other trust-sensitive industries is a strong plus.
