Store Location: International Modest Fashion Brand @ KLIA

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a retail team, ensuring excellent customer service and product knowledge.
Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising and cash management.
Drive sales by setting targets and creating strategies to meet them.
Build strong relationships with customers, providing tailored fashion advice and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Ensure store compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion.
Passion for modest fashion and understanding of customer preferences.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage operations, budgets and team performance effectively.
Customer-focused with a proven ability to build relationships and exceed sales goals.
