Core Responsibilities
As our Paid Media Manager, you will strategically plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital networks to achieve efficiency and growth.
- Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop, launch, and manage full-funnel paid search, paid social, and programmatic display campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Budget and Bid Management: Oversee and allocate significant monthly ad budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI, positive ROAS, and low customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- A/B Testing and Optimization: Continuously run split tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Data Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze daily campaign performance metrics, presenting actionable insights and comprehensive weekly/monthly reports to stakeholders.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with copywriters and graphic designers to brief and produce high-converting, compliance-friendly ad assets.
- Market and Competitor Research: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
Key Skills and Qualifications

- Platform Expertise: Proven track record managing successful campaigns within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Data Literacy: Strong ability to interpret complex data, navigate Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and build intuitive dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio).
- Conversion Focus: Deep understanding of direct-response marketing principles, landing page optimization, and consumer psychology.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with setting up conversion tracking pixels, custom events, and handling basic tag management (Google Tag Manager).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to explain strategy and collaborate smoothly across teams.
- Experience Level: At least 3 years of dedicated experience in paid media or digital performance marketing.

- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday (Fixed weekends off)
- Location: Hybrid setup based out of our office in Pasig, Philippines
Pay: Php65,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
