Paid Media Manager
We're after a Paid Media Manager to own paid media end to end - Google, Bing and LinkedIn Ads - and turn client budgets into real leads and real commercial results. Not impressions. Not vanity metrics. Leads that move the needle.
This sits right at the heart of our go-to-market work with technology-led businesses. You'd own the lot: planning, launch, optimisation, reporting, and the client conversations that go with it. No hiding behind a dashboard.
If you're data-led, proactive, and happy explaining your thinking out loud, there's a lot of room here to make a mark.
What you'd actually be doing
Strategy and delivery
- Plan, launch and run paid campaigns across Google, Bing and LinkedIn Ads
- Take what the client's trying to achieve and turn it into sharp targeting, sensible budgets and campaign structures that hold up
- Own the day-to-day optimisation - the small, constant tweaks that compound
Performance and lead gen
- Own lead delivery, cost efficiency and conversion. The numbers are yours
- Watch results closely and move quickly - on a risk or an opportunity
- Keep budgets tight and working hard
Talking to clients
- Be the paid media expert in the room
- Explain performance and recommendations clearly - in plain English, not platform jargon
- Get stuck into reports, reviews and planning sessions
Working with the team
- Work closely with content, design and digital so the creative actually pulls its weight
- Keep on top of platform changes and what's genuinely best practice (not just the latest LinkedIn hot take)
- Help us sharpen our paid media standards, processes and ways of working
What we're looking for
- Strong hands-on experience running paid campaigns across Google, Bing and LinkedIn Ads
- A data-led head - confident digging into performance and making the call
- A track record delivering B2B lead generation through paid
- Proper attention to detail, especially on budgets and reporting
- Clear, confident communication - you can say what you mean
- A proactive, accountable streak - you take ownership of results rather than waiting to be asked
A word on the Microsoft side
We work with organisations bringing Microsoft-based business solutions to market.
You won't be doing any technical delivery - that's not the job. But you will need a strong commercial grasp of what's being marketed and why it matters to the buyer. Nobody expects that on day one. It's something you'll build over time, and yes - it's something we'll look at as you grow into the role.
