Paid Social Media Specialist

As part of our E-Commerce & Digital Marketing department, this role will prioritize leveraging paid social media channels to drive conversions, optimize advertising performance, and enhance overall brand presence across Europe for Samsonite and other key brands. You will focus on performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and engagement rates to meet business objectives while maintaining a deep understanding of media platforms, audience segmentation, and creative best practices.
Reporting to the European Digital Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with multiple departments, including Brand and Country teams, to deliver outstanding advertising campaigns and optimize marketing spend across a variety of social channels.
What You'll Do
The Paid Social media specialist should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content & performance campaigns to drive traffic, sales and engagement. ROAS, ASC+, DPA, CTR, CPM,...are terms that have no secrets for you.
Paid Social Campaign Management : Develop, execute, and optimize paid social strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Performance Metrics Optimization : Drive ad performance based on clear KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates. Ensure efficient budget allocation and continuously optimize spend based on campaign results.
- Audience Targeting & Segmentation : Build and execute strategic audience targeting and remarketing tactics, leveraging data-driven insights to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation : Regularly conduct A/B tests on audience targeting, creative formats, and messaging to identify best-performing elements and scale results.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, reporting key insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Cross media channel collaboration : Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders (Brand teams, E-Commerce, Retail, IT...) & agency (Google Paid Media) to understand the effectiveness of all paid media activities
