Painting apprentice and Social Media Manager

Duties

• Assist with construction painting projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial applications
• Prepare surfaces by caulking, sanding, and cleaning using hand tools and power tools
• Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
• Support rigging and setup of scaffolding or ladders for high or hard-to-reach areas
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols
• Manage the company's social media platforms by creating engaging content, posting updates, and interacting with followers
• Develop strategies to increase online presence and customer engagement through digital channels
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Residential painting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently on job sites and social media campaigns
• Customer service orientation with a professional attitude
• Willingness to learn new skills in construction painting techniques and social media management
• Reliable transportation and the ability to work on-site at various locations

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
