PART-TIME SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT CREATOR (Project-Based / Flexible Arrangement)

Compensation: Fixed Monthly Retainer ($800 – $1,200 per month depending on experience and scope)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and reliable Social Media & Content Creator to support our growing food and beverage business across multiple locations in Sydney.

This role is suitable for someone with experience in filming, editing, and creating engaging social media content for hospitality or lifestyle brands.

This is a flexible project-based arrangement with deliverable-focused expectations rather than fixed office hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Film and create short-form video content at store locations
• Create and schedule Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook content
• Edit reels, videos, and promotional materials
• Assist with product launches and promotional campaigns
• Support brand growth and customer engagement across social media platforms
• Occasionally visit store locations for filming and content collection

Expected Weekly Deliverables

• 2–3 social media posts per week
• 2 short-form videos/reels per week
• Story updates and promotional content when required

Requirements

• Experience in social media marketing or content creation
• Experience filming and editing short-form content
• Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook platforms
• Basic Canva or graphic design skills preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Hospitality or food & beverage experience is highly regarded
• Must be comfortable travelling to Sydney store locations when required
