Part Time - Social Media Specialist - Remote - Mid Shift

About the Role

Are you a digital storyteller who knows how to turn views into conversions? We are a fast-growing brand based in Dubai, and we are looking for a versatile, data-driven Social Media Specialist to take our online presence to the next level.

This isn't just about posting pretty pictures. We need a hybrid creative and strategist someone who can manage our organic communities, design sleek visual content, and launch high-performing paid ad campaigns that ROI-delight us.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Paid Ads Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads to drive leads and sales.
• Content & Ad Creation: Hook our audience! Brainstorm, script, and create engaging ad creatives, reels, short-form videos, and copy.
• Graphic Design (Light): Use tools like Canva, Figma, or Photoshop to create clean, modern, and on-brand graphics for daily posts and ad layouts.
• Social Media Management: Own our content calendar. Schedule posts, write compelling captions, engage with our community, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Analyze & Report: Track key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, engagement rates) and translate data into actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

Who You Are (Requirements)

• The Experience: 2+ years of proven experience managing social media and running successful paid ad campaigns (e-commerce or agency experience in the Middle East market is a huge plus!).
• The Eye: A strong aesthetic sense. You don’t need to be an art director, but you know what looks good, clean, and modern.
• The Copywriter: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Arabic is a bonus but not mandatory).
• The Toolkit: Proficient with Meta Ads Manager, Canva/Adobe Suite, CapCut/Premiere Pro, and social scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite).
• The Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays ahead of algorithm changes and social trends.
