Your job
- Coordinate the planning, organisation and logistics of corporate events in several business sectors.
- Ensure events related to our partnerships and sponsorships are held by working closely with internal and external partners and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with visibility obligations set out in agreements and optimise the benefits of activations.
- Manage schedules, quality of deliverables and budgets for each project with rigour and transparency.
- Act as a resource person in the field to ensure execution in accordance with established standards.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enrich the event experience.

The Vice-President – Voice of the Organization, Culture and Community is a team of approximately 45 specialists who work agile, proactive and collaborative to seize opportunities, stay on top of trends and continuously improve processes.
