Performance Marketing Coordinator

PeopleConnect is hiring a Performance Marketing Coordinator to support execution and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across key digital channels.
This role is focused on hands-on campaign management, performance analysis, and continuous optimization. You will work closely with senior strategists and cross-functional partners to drive efficient growth across multiple channels.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to deepen their expertise in performance marketing, move quickly, and take ownership of campaign performance.
Campaign Execution
Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across SEM, Paid Social, Display, Native, and Programmatic platforms
- Clearly articulate and structure ad account hierarchy across said platforms
- Core competencies should include Google and Meta Ads management/optimization
Optimization
Make daily optimizations to improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
- Adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives based on performance data
Execute A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages
Reporting & Analysis
Track campaign performance reporting using internal and external dashboards
- Identify performance changes and flag issues and/or opportunities to senior team members
Assist in analyzing campaign results and performance trends
Collaboration
Work with creative and content teams to update and test new ad assets
- Support senior team members in executing campaign plans
Communicate campaign performance updates and changes clearly
Experience
1–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media
- Experience managing campaigns in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or programmatic networks
Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
Skills
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and take action
- Experience running A/B tests and optimizing campaigns based on results
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Nice to Have
Experience with native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools
Exposure to direct-response or high-volume acquisition environments
Base Range: $70,000 – $90,000
Bonus Target: 25%
This position is exempt (salaried).
The range reflects what the company reasonably expects to pay for the position. Actual compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and scope of responsibility.
