About LoudLocal: A Different Kind of Agency
LoudLocal is a close-knit team of 8 with big ambitions. We aren't your typical agency; we put service above margin every time. Our mission is to be the most valuable partner for SMEs that need high-level marketing expertise but aren't in a position to hire their own in-house team.
We work with businesses across Trade & Construction, Professional Services, Retail, and Hospitality. We genuinely want to see our clients thrive, and we treat their business growth as our own. Due to the continued growth of our paid media services, we are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive to join our team immediately.
The Role
Working alongside our paid advertising team and reporting directly to the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, building, managing, and optimising paid media campaigns that generate measurable results for our clients.
This role would suit someone with agency experience who is comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, analysing performance data, and identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
- Plan, set up, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Build, launch, and scale Google Search, Performance Max (PMax), Display, and remarketing campaigns.
- Create and optimise Meta campaigns, audiences, and conversion-focused ad sets.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimisation strategies to improve results and maximise return on ad spend.
Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, Conversion APIs, and platform-specific tracking tools.
- Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and advertising platform data.
- Analyse key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality.
- Produce clear, actionable performance reports for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across accounts.
Client & Team Collaboration
- Work closely with account managers and wider marketing teams to align paid media activity with broader marketing objectives.
- Communicate campaign performance and recommendations in a clear, jargon-free manner.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry developments, and emerging best practices.
The LoudLocal Mindset
We are a small business, and that means we all pull together. While your focus will be on paid advertising, we need a team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves when needed.
We put client success first, work collaboratively, and value people who are proactive, supportive, and genuinely care about delivering exceptional results.
