We are looking for a thoughtful and performance driven Performance Marketing Executive who has a natural ability to plan, execute, and grow paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical mindset, a passion for campaign excellence, and a genuine understanding of what moves the needle in performance marketing. We are looking for someone who can independently manage campaigns, spot opportunities before they become obvious, and consistently deliver qualified leads and meaningful conversions.

- Location: Noida (On-site)
- Schedule: 5.5 days working (2-4th Saturday off)
- Industry: Healthcare / Dermatology (Good to have)
What You'll Be Doing
Google Ads
- Plan and manage campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Shopping
- Research keywords, define audience targeting, and build campaign structures that align with business goals
- Thoughtfully manage bids, budgets, ad extensions, and conversion tracking
- Work consistently toward improving Quality Scores, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Cost Per Lead
Meta Ads
- Create and nurture Facebook and Instagram campaigns focused on lead generation, traffic, and conversions
- Develop audience strategies using Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Retargeting
- Keep a close eye on campaign performance and make optimization decisions backed by data
Analytics & Tracking
- Set up and manage tracking through GA4, GTM, Pixel/Event tracking, and UTM parameters
- Run thoughtful A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments
- Share weekly and monthly performance reports that go beyond numbers — with insights that actually help the team move forward
Collaboration
- Work alongside content, design, SEO, and development teams to keep campaigns aligned with brand messaging
- Contribute ideas toward landing page improvements and conversion rate optimization
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Comfortable working with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and Google Keyword Planner
- A solid understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and funnel-based thinking
- Someone who lets data guide decisions and isn't afraid to challenge what isn't working
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic clinic marketing (Great to have)
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools
- Agency experience or exposure to managing multiple accounts
