Performance Marketing Freelancer

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on:
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Perform A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams for campaign assets.

Compensation
