Performance Marketing Executive
Job Summary
The Performance Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various paid channels to drive leads, conversions, and revenue growth. The role focuses on data-driven marketing strategies, campaign performance analysis, budget management, and continuous optimization to achieve business objectives and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, bidding, creatives, and budgets to improve results.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics including CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Support lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand growth initiatives.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Proficiency in campaign tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing funnels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, remarketing, and audience targeting strategies.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Paid Media Management.
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns with measurable results.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and ROI-driven campaign management.
