Work Setup: Hybrid (Work from Home + 1 to 2 weekly client meetings in Hyderabad)
About the Role
We are looking for a versatile Performance & Social Media Executive with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience to manage both paid advertising and daily organic growth for our clients.
This is a 3-month contract role with a clear path to full-time employment if you deliver strong results. It is primarily a Work from Home (WFH) role, but since you will interface directly with clients, you must be based in Hyderabad to attend local meetings once or twice a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Ads Management: Run, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display) to meet client KPIs.
- Daily Organic Growth: Handle regular social media postings and execute daily postings and optimization on Google Business Pages (GBP/GMB) to improve local search visibility.
- A/B Testing: Constantly test different ad creatives, hooks, copies, and audience targets to figure out what drives the lowest cost per acquisition.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily ad spend, track performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, Leads), and ensure we are hitting target goals efficiently.
- Client Meetings: Travel locally within Hyderabad 1–2 times a week to meet clients, share performance updates, and discuss strategy.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience handling Meta Ads, Google Ads, and organic social media management.
- Local SEO & GBP Knowledge: Experience with optimizing Google Business Profiles, tracking local rankings, and handling daily updates.
- Location: Must currently reside in Hyderabad and be fully mobile for weekly client syncs.
- Tools Familiarity: Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Dashboard, GA4, and basic scheduling or graphic tools (like Canva).
- Communication: Clear, confident communication skills to handle client reporting smoothly.
