We are looking for a highly analytical and driven Performance Marketing Manager to own, build, and scale our paid acquisition strategy from the ground up.
The Role
This is not a standard “run ads and report on clicks” role. You will be the architect of our paid growth engine.
Your ultimate mandate is to drive high-quality app installs and convert those installs into active, first-time ordering customers. If you have a track record of scaling app campaigns, managing significant ad spend, and turning marketing budgets into real, measurable revenue, this is the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Scale Acquisition Campaigns: Strategize, launch, and aggressively scale paid campaigns across Meta Platforms, Google App Campaigns, and emerging channels.
- Full-Funnel Optimisation: Relentlessly optimize every touchpoint of the user journey—from the initial ad hook and click to the App Store page, install, and the critical first order.
- Drive Cost Efficiency: Continuously monitor and reduce Cost Per Install (CPI) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while scaling volume.
- Lead Creative Strategy: Brief, test, and iterate on high-performing creative assets. You will identify winning hooks, angles, and ad formats that resonate with our target audience.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze daily performance metrics using AppMetrica (and similar attribution tools) to allocate budgets dynamically toward the highest-performing campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the broader team, including product and operations, to align marketing pushes with inventory capacity and new fulfillment hub launches.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience: 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience running and scaling mobile app install campaigns with substantial budgets.
- Platform Mastery: Deep technical expertise within Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (specifically Google App Campaigns).
- Analytical Rigor: A profound understanding of unit economics and performance metrics, including CPI, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and cohort retention.
- Performance Mindset: You prioritize hard business results and revenue over vanity metrics like impressions or broad reach.
- Agile Execution: Strong testing instincts with the ability to set up A/B tests rapidly, fail fast, learn, and scale what works.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Hands-on experience with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer, Branch.io, or Adjust.
- Previous experience marketing in the rapid delivery, e-commerce, or on-demand platform space.
