Performance Marketing Manager
We are looking for a driven and strategic Performance Marketing Manager to join the growing team at WebMarketers and help build the systems that turn marketing activity into measurable revenue growth for our clients.
This role goes far beyond managing campaigns and reporting on clicks. We're looking for someone who understands how to move prospects through the entire customer journey—from first touch to qualified opportunity—using a combination of CRM strategy, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, paid media, content, and AI-powered workflows.
At WebMarketers, we focus on delivering tangible business outcomes, not vanity metrics. You'll work closely with our clients, sales teams, and internal marketing specialists to design and optimize growth systems that improve lead quality, increase conversion rates, and generate real pipeline impact. Success in this role means understanding not only how to generate leads, but how to nurture, qualify, score, segment, and convert them into revenue.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, operator, and problem solver. They enjoy building repeatable systems, analyzing performance data, testing new ideas, and uncovering opportunities to improve every stage of the funnel. If you're excited by marketing automation, conversion optimization, AI, CRM strategy, and building scalable growth engines, we'd love to hear from you.
The Ideal Candidate Is:
- Experienced in building and optimizing full-funnel growth systems that convert marketing qualified leads (MQLs) into sales qualified leads (SQLs) and measurable pipeline outcomes
- Comfortable operating beyond regular marketing channel metrics (CPL, CTR, CPC) and instead focused on down-funnel performance, lead quality, and revenue contribution
- Strong experience in CRM-driven marketing and lifecycle automation, including tools such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms
- Able to design and execute multi-step nurture systems that combine email, automation, content, and behavioral triggers to drive conversion readiness
- Experienced in working closely with sales teams to define, refine, and iterate on lead qualification criteria, handoff processes, and feedback loops
- Strong understanding of segmentation, lead scoring, and intent-based targeting, with the ability to translate engagement signals into qualification logic and the appropriate funnel path
- Comfortable building and optimizing conversion assets such as landing pages, PDFs, lead magnets, and structured nurture content designed to move prospects through a funnel
- Experience running or supporting paid media campaigns (especially Meta Ads) with a strong focus on downstream conversion quality, rather than top-of-funnel volume
- Able to identify and reduce low-quality lead flow (“spam filtering”) through creative strategy, targeting refinement, and post-click optimization
- Strong interest or practical experience using AI tools and automation workflows to improve personalization, segmentation, and marketing efficiency at scale
- Able to interpret multi-touch performance data and understand how different channels contribute to pipeline progression, not just lead generation
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills, particularly around nurture sequences, objection handling, and conversion-focused content
- Comfortable building and iterating on testing frameworks (A/B and multivariate) across campaigns, emails, and funnel assets
- Able to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
- Self-directed, systems-oriented, and motivated by building repeatable, scalable growth infrastructure rather than isolated campaigns
