Have you built your career managing Google Ads campaigns across multiple clients or brands and want to bring that expertise in-house?
At Higher Education Partners (HEP), we're building our in-house performance marketing function and are looking for a Senior PPC Specialist to take ownership of a £3.6m Google Ads portfolio across leading UK university partners.
This role would suit someone who has worked agency-side managing multiple client accounts and is ready to bring that expertise in-house, applying best practice across a diverse portfolio while remaining highly hands-on technically.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube
- Owning performance across multiple university partner accounts
- Driving campaign strategy, budget allocation and optimisation
- Using data and insights to improve lead quality and enrolment outcomes
- Working closely with CRM, Analytics, Content and Partner teams
- Supporting the development of our growing in-house performance marketing capability
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years' hands-on Google Ads experience
- Strong agency or multi-account management background
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets
- Advanced knowledge of PPC strategy, optimisation and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action
- Experience with GA4, GTM and performance reporting
