Performance Marketing Manager
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Generate high-quality leads for Study Abroad, MBBS Abroad, Nursing, and International Education programs.
- Monitor and improve Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
- Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing, sales, CRM, and operational data.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
- Analyze lead source performance, campaign effectiveness, customer journey, and conversion funnels.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Forecast lead generation, registrations, and admissions based on historical data and market trends.
- Ensure data accuracy, tracking integrity, and reporting consistency across all marketing channels.
CRM & Sales Funnel Management
- Monitor CRM hygiene and ensure timely lead updates and follow-ups.
- Track counselor-wise lead allocation, conversion performance, and productivity.
- Analyze lead quality and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
- Develop reports on lead aging, pipeline performance, registration ratios, and admissions progress.
- Coordinate with sales and admissions teams to improve lead management processes.
Content & Campaign Performance Analysis
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing advertisements, reels, videos, posters, and landing pages.
- Analyze content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor engagement, click-through rates, conversion rates, and audience behavior across campaigns.
- Recommend content strategies based on campaign and conversion data.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct competitor research and monitor industry trends.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities, audience segments, and acquisition channels.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, advertising policies, and marketing best practices.
Strategic Planning & Team Coordination
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Admissions, Operations, and Management teams to achieve enrollment targets.
- Present campaign performance, analytics insights, and growth recommendations to management.
- Support marketing activities such as webinars, seminars, educational expos, and promotional campaigns.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance lead generation, conversion performance, and overall marketing effectiveness.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
