Performance Marketing Manager (QSR)

Work Address: Greenfield, Mandaluyong City

Work Set-up: Onsite

Work Schedule: M-F (8AM-6PM / 9AM-7PM)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing advertising and performance growth strategies on GrabFood, Foodpanda, and other delivery aggregators.
• Driving growth of company’s e-commerce platform and optimizing customer acquisition and retention.
• Collaborating with performance marketing agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
• Overseeing Meta Advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram).
• Applying prior experience with food brands to tailor campaigns for the QSR industry.
• Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and reporting actionable insights.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a strong background in the QSR industry
• At least 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with a strong background in digital advertising and Meta Ads.
• Experience creating high-performing ads for Grab and Foodpanda platforms is highly preferred.
• Experience collaborating with performance marketing agencies.
• Track record of growing e-commerce channels.
• Prior experience working with or managing a food brand.
• Digital marketing or key account management experience is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in performance tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
