Role: Performance Marketing Manager
Shift Timings: Monday to Friday - 11 AM to 8 PM (Weekends are fixed-offs)
Location: Sector V, Saltlake, Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max).
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
Manage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking and reporting.
Generate qualified leads through paid advertising campaigns.
Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management.
Work closely with the sales and development teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends, updates, and best practices.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing with strong expertise in Google Ads.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and keyword research tools.
Strong understanding of PPC strategies, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve performance.
Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred (Though Not Mandatory)

Google Ads Certification will be an added advantage.
Experience in lead generation campaigns for digital marketing or IT services.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
