Performance Marketing Specialist

This role requires hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, conducting audits, forecasting results, collaborating with sales and account management teams, and leveraging AI tools to increase productivity and consistency.
You will be expected to actively use AI tools (including custom GPTs) to improve efficiency, enhance output quality, streamline reporting, and support our scalable delivery model.
The candidate should have 10+ years experience in Google Ads, GLSA, GBP or local SEO, on/off page SEO.

Key Responsibilities
· Optimize performance across Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, GLSA onboarding), Meta Ads, and DSPs (Simpli.fi, GroundTruth).
· Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, GSC, Meta CAPI, and CRM loopback integrations.
· Build smart, automated dashboards in AgencyAnalytics.com, including custom ROAS and reporting KPIs.
· Set up and manage CallRail or equivalent for call tracking and Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI).
· Analyze and optimize attribution using UTMs, view-through tracking, and multi-touch methodologies.
· Develop creative ads using Canva, AI video tools (Synthesia, Heygen), and basic video editing software.
· Contribute to CTV and OTT campaigns, including tagging, QR code overlays, and vanity domain tracking.
· Collaborate with sales and account management to interpret results and shape campaign strategies.
· Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that document internal best practices and automations.
· Work alongside AI custom tools and workflows built with ChatGPT, Make.com, and Zapier to streamline delivery and scale output.
· Execute campaign onboarding tasks inside Asana
· Monitor CPL, lead volume, conversion rates, and ROAS
· Conduct weekly optimizations and testing
· Identify underperformance and implement corrective strategies
· Improve local visibility and search rankings
· Conduct keyword research using Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
· Forecast lead volume and budget requirements
· Build right-sized marketing recommendations based on market opportunity
· Conduct marketing audits for prospective clients
· Analyze paid media, SEO, and competitive landscape
· Develop client-facing recommendations using tools like Gamma.app or similar
· Support SDRs and account managers in pre-sales conversations as a subject matter expert
· Create ad assets using Canva
· Develop AI-powered video creatives using Synthesia, Heygen, or similar tools
· Leverage AI tools and custom GPTs to improve workflow efficiency, reporting quality, creative development, and campaign analysis
· Identify opportunities to automate or streamline processes using AI
Requirements
· Demonstrable hands-on digital marketing and campaign management experience.
· Expert in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and DSP platforms (certifications a plus).
· Experience with attribution modeling and ROI-centric reporting.
· Fluency in conversion tracking and CRM integration with ad platforms.
· Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT for campaign ideation, reporting, and content support.
· Proficient with automation tools like Make.com and Zapier to reduce manual workload and enable scalable processes.
· Experience using creative production tools like Canva, Synthesia, Heygen, or similar to create ads and TV spots across all ad platforms in all formats required.
· Data-driven, creative thinker with a knack for testing and iterating toward performance gains.
· Comfortable collaborating across departments and clearly articulating marketing insights.
· Local to Tampa, FL and available for in-person meetings as required.
Nice-to-Haves
· Familiarity with CTV creative strategy and tracking.
· Knowledge of AgencyAnalytics dashboard customization.
· Experience working in or with digital marketing agencies.
