Job Description

BeastDrive is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and scale our digital advertising efforts across Meta, Google, and other paid media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Drive event registrations, lead generation, and customer acquisition at scale.
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
• Implement audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel optimization strategies.
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and audience groups.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights through regular reports.
• Work closely with the creative, content, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Paid Media Management.
• Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong experience in lead generation, conversion optimization, and campaign scaling.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and budget management skills.
• Ability to independently manage high-budget advertising campaigns.
