Performance Marketing Specialist (Customer Operations)

Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across key platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
The ideal candidate is a data-savvy marketer with a proven track record in performance marketing, campaign tracking, and dashboard reporting. You will bridge the gap between technical data and business strategy, providing actionable insights to our internal teams and stakeholders to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: End-to-end management of paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and report on core metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR) and implement A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Data & Reporting: Build and maintain performance dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI) to track progress.
- Technical Tracking: Oversee setup for pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking via GTM and GA4.
- Budgeting: Manage budget pacing, bid adjustments, and precise audience segmentation.
- Communication: Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and present performance insights clearly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in paid media or performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is essential; experience with TikTok and LinkedIn Ads is a strong plus.
- Strong technical understanding of GA4, GTM, and digital attribution modeling.
- Confidence in data analysis and translating numbers into actionable strategies.
- Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate fluently in English and Chinese.
- Preferred: Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification.
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
