Performance Marketing Specialist
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Generate qualified leads for Mobile App Development, Web Development, and IT Services.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
- Monitor and improve key marketing metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and ROI.
- Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and support business growth initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Utilize AI tools for content creation, ad copy generation, campaign optimization, keyword research, automation, reporting, and audience analysis.
- Support SEO initiatives including keyword research, website optimization, technical SEO, and organic growth strategies.
- Create SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, landing pages, case studies, and service pages.
- Manage social media campaigns, content calendars, brand awareness activities, and lead generation initiatives.
Skills & Requirements :
- Must have 02 + yrs of experience in Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Prior experience in a Mobile App Development or IT Services company is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of Marketing Funnels, Conversion Optimization, Audience Segmentation, Remarketing, Lead Nurturing, Growth Marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO, Technical Content Writing, Social Media Marketing, or AI Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI-powered marketing platforms.
