Performance Marketing Specialist
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, campaign analytics, lead generation, and ROI-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.
- Drive performance marketing initiatives focused on lead generation, conversions, traffic, and customer acquisition.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings, traffic, and search visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO checks, and content optimization.
- Track website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad platform dashboards.
- Work with content, design, and development teams to improve campaign creatives, landing pages, and website performance.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, search engine updates, and platform changes.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing and SEO.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, keyword research, conversion tracking, and reporting.
- Experience in on-page SEO, basic technical SEO, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
