QC / HACCP & Sustainability Executive (Temporary position)
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented QC / HACCP & Sustainability Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining food safety standards, quality assurance programs, and sustainability initiatives across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments across operational areas.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HACCP documentation and records.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.
- Monitor food quality, storage practices, and operational hygiene standards.
- Support sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, resource conservation, and environmental compliance.
- Prepare reports, conduct training sessions, and promote awareness of food safety and sustainability practices.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Environmental Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- HACCP Certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Quality Control, Food Safety, HACCP, or Sustainability, preferably in the hospitality or food industry.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, food safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and report preparation.
Preference will be given to the candidates who are on dependent visa
