JOB TITLE: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Salary: ₦200,000 Monthly
Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team in Abuja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, marketing properties, building client relationships, and closing property sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective property buyers and investors.
- Market and promote residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in any relevant field.
- Previous experience in real estate sales, marketing, or business development is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing tools is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₦200,000.
- 10% Commission on property sales worth ₦15 Million.
- 20% Commission on property sales worth ₦30 Million and above.
